October 19 - The MTN Golden Lions have named the Under-19 team to face Western Province in the one semi-cinal of the Absa Under-19 competition at Coca-Cola Park on Saturday (kick-off 3pm).
The team is, to be captained by hooker Mark Pretorius, has been a fairly stable selection over recent weeks and is:
Marais Schmidt, Charlton Afrika, Jaco Viljoen, JP du Plessis, Errol Jaggers, Duncan Campbell, Vian van der Watt, Ruaan Lerm, Stephan de Wit, Stephan Nel, Etienne Oosthuisen, Paul Willemse, Pieter Stemmet, Mark Pretorius (capt.), Henri Boshoff. Replacements: Rikus van Niekerk, Gideon Muller, Johan Rautenbach, Fabian Booysen, Arnold Vosloo, Louis Nel, Ruan Barnard, Tiaan Putter.
