My family & I were in Terrigal for breakfast on the morning of Sunday 13th (last Sunday). After seeing your Super 14 team in the Crowne Plaza at breakfast we then saw them playing beach volley ball on Terrigal beach. My 2 year old son, Beau, decided to befriend your players & play beach volley ball with them. Your players & staff were extremely friendly for the entire time they were on the beach & were happy to have their game interrupted by an eager local 2 year old. A few players in particular continued to play with my son in their own time & after the game had finished.

It was extremely pleasing to see a touring sporting team behaving & acting as your players were. The example set by your players is a fine example & one your club should be proud of. My wife & I have both told our families of your club, the role models your players are & the example they set whilst in Terrigal. We can only hope to have more touring teams like yours.

My wife took a number of photos of your players playing with my son, and I’ve attached a photo for your fans back in SA to see the guys on the beach.

Good luck for the rest of this year's season. Next time you play the Waratah's, I hope you get revenge.
