Final Boksmart Training Schedule – January to March 2012 |
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- BOKSMART is the National Rugby Safety Programme developed between SARU and the Chris Burger / Petro Jackson Players’ Fund, who are joint owners of the BokSmart brand
- The programme is proudly sponsored by ABSA and aims to make the game of Rugby Union safer for all participants at all levels of the game
- By embracing the BokSmart message, you contribute substantially to the growth of the game and assuring the safety of rugby’s biggest asset, the PLAYERS
- By attending the course and signing the certification register, you agree to uphold the Code of Conduct. You are obligated to share this Code with your school / club / team and to encourage supporters, parents & players to buy into this philosophy
- Class sizes are limited to a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 30 people per class. [Anyone attending, who is NOT recorded as a COACH or REFEREE, regardless of the level of involvement, will NOT receive a toolkit and will NOT be certified.
- It is COMPULSORY to register for the course one week in advance. Please complete Annexure A.
- There is NO charge for attending the course.
- Please organise yourself something to drink [no alcohol allowed] and / or a snack since we do NOT provide it during the course
- You are expected to complete the course. Should you leave early, for whatever reason, you will NOT be accredited / certified.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late you are advised to register for another course because you’d have missed a big chunk of the course already
- Clubs / schools may do block bookings on condition all the required information is supplied as per the registration form
- Clubs / schools may request courses at the club / school provided a guarantee that at least 30 people will be present can be given. Should a trainer arrive at the school / club and find less than 30 people, the school / club will be liable for all expenses incurred by the trainer. - You are responsible for ensuring that your details provided in the register are correct. Please PRINT CLEARLY & LEGIBLY in the register. Unclear and illegible writing will delay the process of certification as well as the issuing of your card
